Our reservation was canceled one week out leaving us with few alternatives. The house apparently was for sale and was listed though we were not made aware of this at the time of the booking 6 month earlier. VRBO should require transparency on this issue for all their rental properties. The property manager did his best to help us and that was appreciated!

Unique home!!!
Very interesting home. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were unaware of several homes under construction next door, so it was very noisy from 7 am until dark. Not the fault of the owners, but we would have scheduled our much needed vacation elsewhere if we would have known. Also no shower curtain for main floor shower, and no soap diish for upstairs shower. The home is for sale, so no idea how long this will be on VRBO.

Restful Retreat
What a treat to stay in this historic Joe Webb house so close to downtown Highlands! This charming cabin in the woods provided a rustic escape with the comforts of home. Especially nice that each bedroom has its own full bath. We lived out on the screened porch and enjoyed the cooler mountain weather. Great hikes nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!
