"This motel was ok. I arrived at around 2200 and initially the reception door was locked, but fortunately the night receptionist was just doing a security walk so he was back within 10 minutes or so. There was an issue at check in, but the two staff in reception were quick to call head office to resolve it. One of them was very chatty to me and that made the whole situation better. The room did smell of smoke, and there were cigarette burns in the table, but the carpet looked clean, the shower looked clean, and the bed looked clean too. I couldn't figure out the heater though so it was a little cold when not in the sheets. I would stay here again, if needing a last minute room near CLT airport"
