Hotel was dated, restaurant was even worse. The chairs in the lounge were absolutely disgusting, old & filthy! I didn’t even want to sit in them but they were all in the same condition. The music sounded middle eastern & were in Northern Alberta & so loud. I asked for it to be turned down & they turned it down for 30 secs & then went & turned it up again. The food itself was fair but couldnt get past how filthy the carpets & chairs were.

What catches your eye when you first drive in is that the parking lot is super clean. Then when you walk in the beautiful desk staff make you feel like you just got home. Also the food at their restaurant is amazing and well priced.

The best High level hotel. The receptionists were excellent, very professional and friendly. The place is super clean and modern. I like that we could access our suite from inside as well as from the balcony. Our son loved the water park. Definitely booking in this hotel for my next trips between Yellowknife and Edmonton.

Unfortunately, the pool is only open from 4pm-10pm on weekdays. We would’ve loved to have the opportunity to allow the kids a morning swim before continuing on our travels. The Internet was not working.
