The room was very clean and the staff were very polite. The breakfast was not what I expected. Just cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs which was still in their shell and fruit which I had to peel. Also they had a malfunction with their room keys so we felt trapped in our room because we didn’t want to bother the staff to let us back in our room. I feel we should have gotten a discount or maybe compensation for the inconvenience. Also we had to pay a 50.00 accidental fee which they said we would get refunded if the room was good.

The room was great and every single staff member we interacted with was friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the Continental breakfast staff. Very reasonable price for the level of services.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I struggle to regulate the temperature in the toom. I would set it and in the middle of the night it would go back to 74 degrees. I also had bees coming into the room around yhe window. They sprayed and there were a total of 13 bees killed

Overnight stay

The stay was fine for an overnight. I don't think I would book the hotel for a longer stay, but we just needed somewhere to sleep after a long day at Hershey park. Cons: the first thing we saw was that the window to our room was broken which made me a little nervous about safety. When we got into the room there was salt or sugar on the dresser that hadn't been cleaned. I think the room was a little pricey for the quality. Pros: staff friendly, beds were comfy, and parking outside of our room was readily available.

Breakfast was lacking. When I booked it said full breakfast - now perhaps the site I was using had incorrect information but it was a disappointment to other Hilton facilities. Staff was slow check in and check out had to wait long period of time for clerk to show up. Manager knew and just told me someone would be there soon - instead of taking care of me themselves.

Great check in process with front office manager! He greeted us and ensured to inform us of all the amenities which was great because we are loyal Hilton guests and this was our first time at a SPARK! Room was clean and beautiful with the modern design and we really enjoyed our stay!
