Wonderful property
Great property for our family camping trip. Those who wanted to sleep outside did and it was wonderful! Access to the river was amazing for fishing and taking a dip. The grills made some great food. Overall great place to stay!!

Short & Sweet
It was a comfortable stay. The house was nice. Amenities were a plus, our boys used the kayak's provided and fished. I would give it a five, but the only thing I would change is check and clean the outdoor pavilion after last guest. Food under the picnic table, beer can in smokeless pit and banana peel by the steps.

Could not take the smell
The property itself is really nice, however the house not so much. House does not have air, but does have a attic fan which works great, however 99% of the windows don't open and the ones that did let in a great deal of bugs. There is an extremely foul order (like mildew), especially towards the back of the house. I believe they are aware of this since they had car air fresheners hanging throughout the house. I did bring febreeze but that only masked the scent for few moments. The master bedroom the bedding was not clean, and I had to wash it. Also, the kitchen counters I used Clorox wipes, and they were filthy. The dishwasher is also not mounted under the counter & every time you open it the whole dishwasher comes out. The utility closet has multiple holes leading to the crawl space ideal way for bugs & critters to get in. We have stayed at multiple Vrbos in northern Michigan and to date this one was the most disappointing home. We left on the third day of our 7-day vacations as we could not take the smell anymore. We did notify the owner in hopes that they will correct these issues for future guests.
