Hyatt Place Herndon/Dulles Airport-East at 13711 Sayward Blvd, Herndon, VA 20171, United States This is a typical nicer upscale hotel close to the airport. Elevator access to rooms on each floor from inside of the building. No access to your room from the outside is always what makes it better. The only issue I had was being charged $4 for a bottle of water but the $4 on the cookie 🍪 tasted excellent. Other than that they had a robust continental breakfast which was pretty good each morning. They offered shuttle bus service staff too and from the airport and the front desk staff accommodated one of my requests. The rooms were nice, clean and organized and pretty big for the price. The neighborhood was definitely a bonus to me. Extra plus because they had a wooded area that had a walking trail. This gave me time to meditate and to relax in peace on this journey. Overall I would actually stay at this hotel again in the future.

Rooms have very thin walls. There was a party/fighting in the room next door one night and then a baby crying until 1130. We could hear the full conversation of the people talking. Breakfast was not good. Eggs were green (they were mixed with something), potatoes barely cooked and turkey sausage was hard. Disappointing when you book a hotel because of the free breakfast and it was gross. Location was good and employees at the front desk were very nice Easy/ Quick check-in

The front desk team would pretend to not see you. After staying one day I went down and asked for additional coffee in my room, they couldn’t find any. Bugs in the bathroom lights, stains on the carpet and floor. Used to be a great place to stay but now the $25 to park daily, better price to upgrade to a better kept hotel.

Very nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was helpful. The workout room was great! Only problem was the van shuttle to the airport broke down and I was on my own to find a way there.

Positives were nice staff, good price, free breakfast, and pool. Negatives were the niceness of the room, masking tape holding the smoke alarm up, shower didn’t work well. We also had to pay for parking. No hot tub.
