Excellent, spacious, and clean room. The rooftop restaurant food was delicious and very affordable with a stellar view of the Port of Heraklion. The complimentary cookies provided in the room were also very delicious and protected my wife’s dairy allergy.

Property is conveniently located near historic harbor and pedestrian shopping and tourist area. If you arrive/depart by ferry, hotel is within walking distance. Morning breakfast is exceptional. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If visiting Knossos, it is about a 30 minute reasonable drive from hotel.

clean and modern
hotel was clean and modern, however I had requested a shower handicap chair for my disabled partner and none was available. I find it unusual a luxury hotel like this can not offer a common appliance for handicap travelers
