Bathtub drain was on the bathroom floor behind the toilet. Only one plug for chargers on the bedside table table worked. The coffee machine "on/off" button was missing, so I couldn't have any coffee in the room. Clean for the most part. Bed was very comfortable.

Frightening experience!
Right after checking in we got stuck in the elevator for about ten minutes. My wife is claustrophobic, it was incredibly frightening for her. The next morning the fire alarm went off. We woke up and had to dress very quickly and gather the things we couldn't replace. It was a second frightening experience. For the most part the staff was nice and the room was very comfortable. But after two scares in less than 24 hours we decided we could not comfortably stay any longer. The front desk would not give us our money back or even comp our stay because we used Expedia to book the room for two nights. Expedia owes me two nights!

I left my suit hanging in the closet and did not realize it until 2 days later. After calling several hotels the Comfort front desk quickly acknowledged they found it. They arranged for packaging and shipping via USPS. That kind of thoughtful service is excellent!

Exactly what we needed and more
We did a last minute booking since realized we needed to rest while on a long road trip. The staff was very friendly and got us extra blankets when we arrived in the late evening. Breakfast was included and ready very early (like we needed). We again had very friendly staff during breakfast and check out. It was exactly what we needed- a quick stop that was comfortable and got us back on the road quickly.
