Lark's Nest Mountain View is a comfortable and cozy duplex just a few minutes from downtown Helen.

Spring Special - 3rd Night Free! Book 3 or more consecutive nights with arrival in March or April 2025. Valid on select properties with new bookings. Only one discount applied per reservation. Guests must request that the 3rd Night Free Special be applied to their reservation. Enter the request under guest comments. The discount will be applied after we receive the reservation with the request.

This property has a modern style with plenty of space that features one king bed, one queen bed and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped which flows into a spacious living area that has a gas log fireplace to keep guests warm and cozy on cool evenings. You will also find a laundry area that has a washer and dryer. Outside of the back door there is a deck that has a hot tub, gas grill and patio furniture for comfortable seating.

There is an EV Charger for electric vehicle owners at the front of the property. A fee of $10 per day will be added to your reservation. Please contact our office for more details.

Our trip to Helen GA was a wonderful experience. The house was nice and clean, had a fireplace that we spent the first night reading by the fire, it had a hot tub that we thoroughly enjoyed multiple times, and it was located within a few minutes of everything we did while we were there. I’d recommend this rental to anyone looking to explore what Helen GA has to offer. The only thing we didn’t like was that we went for the 4th of July, but the community the rental was located in didn’t allow us to set off the fireworks we purchased specifically for our stay.

We had a wonderful time and the location was great. We had easy access to all of Helen and anything we needed or wanted. We will definitely be going back. No trouble with getting in the property everything was provided as listed. It was nice to see that they even had a few games for us to play. The hot tub was amazing!

This property was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway! Check in was a breeze, the property manager checked in several times prior to our stay and during the weekend to make sure everything was going smoothly.
