ホテルに車で行く際は場所がわかりにくいので事前調査を推奨。また車より荷物を降ろす際、ホテル前の自転車道に止め無ければならない、またホテルには駐車場が無いのでホテル推奨の近くの公共施設を利用。翌朝(日曜日)車を出庫する際に駐車券を車中に入れっぱなしにしたので、地下駐車場に入れず困り果てホテルのフロントに助けを求めたところ駐車場施設に連絡をしてくれて入れる入り口を調べてくれ無事車をピックアップできました。ホテルレセプションのトラブル時の親切な対応に感謝、フロントの対応最高でした。

Das Hotel ist am Bismarckplatz gut gelegen um gemütlich auf der Haupstrasse zu flanieren. Wenn auch gut unterhalten, ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. In unserem Zimmer hatte eines der Fenster gewisse phonische Probleme was dazu führte dass jedesmal wenn ein Tram vorbeifuhr, man das Gefühl hatte das Fenster sei offen. Alles in allem ein guter Tip wenn man ein günstiges, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal sucht.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Unresp
I recently stayed at this hotel in Heidelberg, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. When I returned to my room after a day out, I found it clean, but there were no towels or shampoo provided. I tried contacting the reception for assistance, but no one answered. I even went to the reception desk in person, only to find it unattended, with just a phone number to call. When I called the number, the person I spoke to assured me that someone would bring the towels and other essentials. After waiting for more than half an hour, no one arrived. I tried calling again, but this time, there was no response at all. This level of service is unacceptable for any hotel. It’s frustrating to not have basic amenities like towels and shampoo, and even more so to be ignored when trying to resolve the issue. I expected much better, especially considering the cost of the stay. I won’t be returning and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and responsive service.

You actually do check in at a front desk. The afternoon staff was a bit rude and hard to understand. My friend asked for an extra pillow and he replied, "Is this your first time in Germany?" My friend said "No, i just want a second pillow." She never got it. The rooms are teeny tiny. My room smelled muaty and the window did not seal shut, so the outside noise came right in. I think it could be an okay hotel, if the front desk would have been more courteous.

The room was contemporary with a nice looking room and bed. The toilet flusher did not work properly. The shower accessories were hanging off the walls. The internet did not work or instructions were not available, and no one answered the front desk phone when I called.
