We Just needed a bed after a gig. Felt the room was very overpriced for what we got. Courtyard view was actually the car park. A chair doing nothing in the little hall right inside the room door that will never be sat on. Had to drag the bed from the wall to get to PowerPoint to charge phone. Breakfast over cooked and average was a disappointment. Staff greeting us were as we’d expect when we arrived after a tiring journey

Autumn Break
Lovely stay at the White Lion Hotel. We stayed in room 9. Did say river view but wasn't visible from the room but was from outside. Could hear the water though which was lovely. The room was very big and nicely decorated. The bed was comfy. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was good. There wasn't any continental though. Would recommend.

A very nice room, but it should be for the price. Car park far too small, I had to park on the main road which is poor when paying to price. The bed wasn’t made correctly, when we pulled back the duvet the bottom sheet didn’t fit the huge mattress. The sachets of complementary drinks only had 2 sachets of coffee!, Not very good for coffee drinkers.

Lovely new rooms.
This is such a lovely pub with hotel rooms. We stayed in one of the new rooms and it was beautiful, really lovely little touches and a beautiful view of the river.

The staff were lovely and helpful when parking, checking in and checking out. The room was clean and comfortable. As a historic property, the floors did groan a bit at times, but that makes sense. The shower was a little fidgity to get started, but the tub was incredible! We had so much space. Breakfast was delicious and filling - so nice to have a solid, hot breakfast before a day out. We would definitely visit again.

A really lovely place to stay in Hebden Bridge, right in the heart of the town we stayed in the newer section of the hotel and the room was one of the best and most comfortable hotel rooms we have stayed in in a long time. The breakfast and evening meal were top quality and the staff were friendly and extremely attentive I thoroughly recommend staying in this hotel if you’re visiting Hebden Bridge. 5⭐️

Our stay at The White Lion in Hebden Bridge
We stsyed to do avtivities with friends. When we arrived there was very little space for parking but your excellent staff encouraged us to park in a place that we didn't think we should use. They assured me that it was okay to do so.The e staff were very helpful throughout our entire visit. Our room was lovely and right next to the river and weir, it was spacious and clean. Although we arrived early they made the room ready for us to usr immediately. Food was extremely good, and as six other friends joined us each evening,they also reallyvenjoyed the food choices. I would definitely stay there again if we are in that area also I will advise friends to do so when looking for accommodation in Hebden Bridge.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! Located right in the heart of Hebden bridge. The room we had was gorgeous, very spacious but also impeccably clean and a really fancy touch to it. We stayed here for our wedding night and couldn’t be happier with the service. The breakfast was also amazing! It was such a calm and organised morning where the staff greeted us to our assigned table and we were offered a range of different breakfast choices. They catered brilliantly to vegan which was great! Would definitely stay here again, thank you.

AMAZING LOCATION
RENOVATION WAS A LITTLE INCONVENIENT HAVING TO ROLL CASES AROUND OUTSIDE BUT WE WERE ALLOWED A LATE CHECK IN SO IT OUTWEIGHED THE EXPERIENCE AND IT WASNT RAINING AND THOSE NEW ROOMS ARE SUPER (WATCH YOUR TOES ON THE BED LEGS THOUGH!!)
