The Hotel Rep Ms. Jackie quickly checked me in and answered all my questions and concerns; she was very polite and professional! It was refreshing to have carts available for check-in and check-out! I thought the breakfast had a really good variety and the food was good and fresh! In closing, this is my second time over the years utilizing this particular Holiday Inn Express Hotel and I'm NOT going to make the mistake I made recently of trying one of the other close by hotels, which was a disappointment. Finally, thank you hotels.com and Holiday Inn Express Vidalia for a great hotel experience!

The hotel was a great choice for our short stay. It was clean and well kept. The room was spacious with up to date appliances and amenities. The staff were very nice and accommodating. This hotel was nothing short of perfect and highly recommended.

It was a nice facility but over priced for overnight stays. Over $200 per night just to sleep. I am ok paying that much for vacation stays, but usually pay less for more, to be honest.
