Great experience to stay at Silver Lake Inn. Clean , comfortable and such nice owners. Not a chain, but a couple who own and take care of their guests and their business. Small hotel with outside access to rooms. The room was spacious and bed really comfortable. Not a lot of amenities. Front desk closed early. Average cleanliness. Needed rug by door. It was raining and we ended up dragging in sand/mud on our shoes. It was had to spot the sign to the property and drove by it twice.

Our booking at this property was for two nights, and after our first night's stay, the property management contacted us via text to ask if our room needed any service prior to our second night's stay. That's the first time I've ever had a hotel contact me to ask if our room needed any service. I appreciated that, and will always remember that property for "going the extra mile" for their guests. Loved the stay !!!!
Absolutely fantastic place. nice and quiet and away from the traffic. close to all amenities. the staff were awesome. the unit was impeccable. even had a large fridge which we always need for our food and beer. the only thing I missed was a 40" screen tv on the wall which would perfectly fit where the mirror is now. but I survived without it. If we're in the area again - will definitely stay there !!!!

The owners were very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed meeting Buz the dog. The room was comfortable, clean and large, we so appreciate having a sofa to sit on instead of the beds. Great value and it was great having a full size fridge.
