Very Good

I didn’t end up staying so can’t really rate it, the pub is closed on a Monday and as a single female wanting to stay I just didn’t feel comfortable, no one is on site either, this should be made clear on the booking, really disappointed
The rooms are finished to a high standard. Lovely breakfast too. Only issue is the restaurant is closed on a Monday but Haverfordwest and Fishguard not far away.
When we arrived at the Inn all of the doors were locked. The dining area was only open on Tuesday and Wednesday night. Kitchen staff provided us with the key to our room. Staff do not stay at the Inn 24/7.
Rooms were brilliant. Clean, modern, comfortable and high quality facilities. Service was equally brilliant. Nicola welcomed us warmly and was very helpful. Top stuff. Thank you.
Overnight stay with breakfast moderately expensive
Used this location as a stopover after landing in Fishguard from Rosslare. The place looked like it had recently been redecorated to a high standard. However the radiators were not working, so an electric fan was provided. (Perhaps they were still working on the property). Not much evidence of other people staying here at the time (October 2023). Room was comfortable but a bit cramped. Shower and bathroom excellent. We also had breakfast which took a long time before it was served despite providing a time we requested it for. That meant we left later than we had hoped. Breakfast was good. Cost was £15 per head. Given we were using this just as an overnight stopover point while travelling from Ireland to the UK, it was on the expensive side compared to many others we have used. Proprietor provided very clear instructions on how to get into the facility late at night after the ferry had docked which was a plus point.
The place is really nice. Unfortunately only saw it and surrounding area in the dark. Rooms are newly decorated with everything you could need. Beds were comfy. Shower hot and enough water / power to make it worthwhile. Didn't have breakfast, but dinner in the pub / restaurant was really good. Massive portions and very good food.
I booked this hotel for my dad (aged 81) and my mum (aged 78) as a stop over before catching the boat to Ireland the next day. However 8pm the night before I received an e-mail to say it had cancelled my booking. I had also booked this hotel for 4th October as a stop over on their way back. Apparently this hotel is now closed. I made a phone call direct to the hotel to be told they could honour the first booking but not the second. Unfortunately the staff had only just been told the hotel was shutting. Shame because the hotel was lovely and so convenient for the Irish ferries.
Lovely place with private entrance but I felt bad for my boyfriend because I expected the vegan options to be a bit better especially as we phoned ahead but I know they tried. WIFI was pretty patchy as well. Only really annoying bit was an air con or something going off until the last member of staff had left. The space was way bigger and nicer than I expected though.
We stayed at The Wolfe Inn for 4 nights had had a lovely stay. We arrived late on the first day checking in around 10pm which was no trouble as check-in was until 11. The staff were very friendly and were happy to chat to us while we had a drink in the pub. We were given the option of when we would like our breakfast to be served and it was cooked fresh each morning when we arrived in the breakfast room. The full English breakfast was lovely and a really good size which meant we didn't have to eat until dinner time. Our room was very generous in size and you could access it either through the pub or through ab external side door which we really liked. The room and toilet did need a bit of a freshen up as the decor is a bit dated but hardly an issue. We were able to come and go as we pleased and the hotel has good links to where we wanted to go. There was plenty of parking on site and we never had any issues finding a space. Checkout was at 11am which gives you time to have breakfast and pack. One slight downside we found was that the room was not tended to or towels replaced throughout our stay. It would have been nice to have the towels replaced once during our stay as they were thin and did not dry properly throughout the day, but this is a minor criticism.
We would happily stay here again and recommend it
We found the Wolfe Inn to be friendly the staff very helpful. Room no 1 we found to be rather cold in temperature and after 3 days had to ask for the bathroom towels to be changed as we could not get them dry. overall the inn was very nice
Nice little inn in the middle of Pembrokeshire. Easy to get to tourist sites in Pembrokeshire. The inn has a very nice restaurant serving nice home cook pub food too.
