Our cozy, all-season cottage features three bedrooms and one bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, dining utensils, and a stocked spice and oils pantry.

Enjoy the private dock for swimming, fishing, and beautiful lake views. Watersport amenities include a pedal boat, two kayaks, two canoes, and two stand-up paddleboards, with life jackets for all ages.

Relax in the hammock, build sandcastles in the sandpit, or gather around the built-in fire pit. The spacious deck with a BBQ is perfect for grilling while enjoying stunning sunsets and wildlife. Dine at the picnic table by the water.

Other things to note:

The tap water comes from the lake and is not suitable for drinking. Please bring your water for consumption. Note: A 5-gallon water cooler dispenser is available for your convenience.

All linens, including towels, are provided.

No events or parties are allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbour.

We adore our furry friends, but please no pets during your stay.

High-speed internet is provided.

Absolutely no smoking inside the cottage.

To ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage and within a 2-foot perimeter surrounding the cottage. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and electronic cigarettes.

Any violation of this no-smoking policy will result in a fine. The fine will cover the cost of removing the smoke smell and nicotine residue from the premises, as per charges levied by a professional cleaning vendor.

The specific fine amount will be determined based on the vendor’s charges for smoke smell removal and nicotine residue cleaning services.

Please note: A copy of a valid driver's license and vehicle license plate number will be required prior to stay.

Depending on your length of stay, we may ask you to sign an additional rental agreement.

These cameras are solely for security purposes and are not monitored continuously. They are only reviewed in the event of an issue or concern that needs to be addressed.
