Hotel staff was extremely attentive and kind. I was given a room upgrade, a bottle of rum along with a sweet welcoming letter and chocolates were awaiting for me and my partner in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower and tub was nice and clean. I loved it all! I think I’ll definitely be booking here again.

I highly recommend VOYA for tourists in Cuba. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. They made us all of our reservations and were always so quick to respond to any of my inquiries or requests. They made us feel taken care of for our entire stay. The hotel itself is stunning!

Love love loved our stay so much at Voya Hotel! Everything was WOW!! from the staff, the service, the food, the cleanliness, the decor, just everything was amazing! They welcomed us with a room upgrade, some yummy chocolate and a nice bottle of Rum!! Our room was so beautiful, spacious and clean with a direct access to the pool and bar.
