Some of the best food we had in Havana was at the hotel’s roof top restaurant and bar. The free included breakfast was delicious each morning. The staff, particularly Enrique, were excellent and attentive.

Wonderful hotel - would recommend to everyone

The staff make this hotel so good from Enrique on the Front Desk to the amazing staff on the Roof Terrace - nothing is too difficult. They solved a few issues for us during our stay, particularly Enrique who was amazing. The location is also excellent with beautiful views of the Harbour.

A great location in Havana

The welcome I received upon arrival set the tone for the whole stay. Having stayed in multiple locations in Cuba in the previous fortnight, this was without doubt the best hotel. The room was large, with the bed located in a loft landing to aid cooling. A toilet and shower were also located upstairs. A living area, kitchen, and bathroom / shower were located downstairs, along with a small private terrace. The hotel has a restaurant located on the terrace on the roof, overlooking the harbour, with really friendly staff. Whilst the menu did not have the most extensive choice, the food was excellent.

It is our second time. Loft Habana is great. The only way it could be better if the staff would tell about which events there were that weekend. But we realize that other guests might be offended had they been soliciting. All in all great.
