Heart of the inner city
Some good restaurants not far away. 30 minutes walk to posh downtown and capital building. Great hosts and clean place.... despite rough exterior. The one big concern was electrical wires to the shower head that gave a shock if you touch the shower head; hopefully the hosts/owners will fix that problem.
