It smelt like mildew, there was a big water mess right outside my room, there was no breakfast at 645 am then the desk clerk threw a fit when asked to get some. After he finally got some it was frozen and he said guess use the microwave.

Do not waste your money
It was a terrible place to stay. The room was filthy and outdated. The service was horrible the housekeepers are lazy. They didn't ask if my family needed anything I had to call the front desk and tell them our room needed cleaning. The pool was not available because they were to cheap to get it up and going. There was no elevators and my husband is disabled. This place sucked. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there.

Horrible stay
This is the worst hotel stay my family has ever had. The bathroom tub was filthy it looked like the porcelain was fading. The bathroom and the rest of the room was outdated. This hotel needs to be remodeled. The service was horrible. My family was there for six days and no one came to clean the room, bring towels, change the trash or anything. I had to call the front desk and tell them that I needed the room cleaned. The linens on the bed where dirty looking it was just a horrible stay. My family will never stay there again. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at that hotel.

The shower was nasty we had to change rooms, the pool was closed n there was nothing stated as hot as it is my kids couldn’t go swimming, the breakfast wasn’t a breakfast.. there wasn’t any.. will never stay there again

Know what you’re getting into …
I knew that I chose the fiscally responsible approach to my stay in Laurel but this hotel is unkempt and also had bugs in our room. I had to switch to the Hampton Inn after the first night and my wife was mad at me the entire weekend.

This was the 2nd time since February I stayed at this hotel. The friendly staff and the location are enough to make me come back again.

The service at check in was poor. The television wasn't working properly and maintenance never came to check it out. Every time we brought something to their attention all we ever got were excuses and no action taken. We will not go back to that property.

The room was filthy. Carpet was sticky bro always had to wear shoes, mold in refrigerator and coffee pot. The bathroom floor had trash on the floor and look like someone used the bathroom all over toilet and floor. Bathtub was dirty and stained. The lights only worked by the bathroom and bathroom lights worked. No lights working above the bed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Absolutely FILTHY. The lobby and the small breakfast room were the only parts not falling apart or covered in mold. EPIC white sox test FAIL. They were so wet and black after one night that I threw them away. You cant see out of the window, its so dirty and fogged. The pool obviouly hasnt been used in years and the funiture was litterally in shreds. The bathtub was too dirty to shower in. Its a shame because this hotel was obviously very nice once....but there was an old yellow, corded phone attatched to the wall by the toilet, so I'll let you speculate when.

When we arrived to check in, no one was at the desk and it took some one over 45 minutes to come out from where ever they were. When we finally got in our room, one of the pillows didn’t have a pillow case and it had brown stains all over it. There was no smoking area outside, you just had to “find a spot” When we went down to breakfast at 7am there was no waffle mix and the gentleman said it would be 30 minutes because the man that makes it would be there then.
