Dont let the outside fool you this place is amazing inside rooms was spotless clean plenty of space. Sue the manager was so friendly and welcoming also its dog friendly so its ideal for familys or couple's with dogs
DONT STAY!! Property had nobody you could talk to throughout your stay for any issues, it was like a building site , work men in and out all day. We had NO HEATING in December! It was icy and snowing! We paid extra £10 per dog per night which wasnt advertised on hotels.com. we had no heating so they gave us electric fans.. not sufficent at all, oh the electric went off in the night so we had no heating at all we might as well have went camping! The toilet was unsafe and falling when you sat on it, the bathroom tap had no hot water, shower hardly warm and pressure poor. Beds arent comfortable. Be warned it is not a lodge! It is a room with an ensuite. There is no gym as advertised. Manager not contactable. Wouldnt recommend unless you want to be ripped off and have very poor facilities.

Staff were amazing friendly lovely room had amazing time so relaxing x
Extremely disappointed with the ending to our stay. We were told when we left there was an issue with payment that would automatically sort itself out. One week later we were issued with a debt collection notice with a load of lies in it saying the hotel had contacted us to collect payment which was untrue. And then informed of we didn’t pay we would be taken to court. Would not stay again due to this as this mistake was on the end of the hotel and could have been easily remided with a simple phone call.
Geoff Very accommodating and helped with unplanned extra nights stays without any fuss

MISREPRESENTATION
fitness facilities - none
Golf course on site - none
Bike hire - none
All of which were advertised on your site.
I booked this hotelas wanted a bit of a work out in the morning before moving on with our journey. We went looking for the fitness centre, and only found a cleaner who told us there hasn't been a fitness facility for 4 years.
Woken to People arguing in the Reception that was right outside our room about payment, one was the builder that started using power tools including a circular saw at 830am right outside our bedroom window, this was not good as we had a late check out booked.
There was no bin in our room with rubbish stuck in a vase, also we only had one saucer and 1 spoon, may be only a small thing and I would of left it if the rest was up to scratch.
It looked like all the bins round site were full and the whole place looked like a building site with power tools and building materials laying around, clearly as health and safety risk.
The ground floor windows were locked with out air conditioning and it was a warm night.
The only thing that was right on the whole visit was Tom, who was welcoming on the check in.
I am very disgruntled being a silver Hotels.com member and I've being using Hotels.com for years now and request money back.
