Front desk agent eating while checking me in, room alternated between hot and freezing cold, Heating in room so loud it kept waking us, water leaking from toilet. Pool was horrible. I complained it was freezing cold, never fixed and as I was leaving in the am heard maintenance tell manager chlorine was at level 10 and she said to open it anyways. Breakfast was not great but least of the issues.

5th floor view of the city was really unexpectedly beautiful, especially with the sun rising across it. Very courteous staff all around. Would definitely be staying again in the nearby future.
