Kind staff and a solid hotel option!
I think this was a great stay for the price they ask- I had thought there was a leak in my room’s fridge, but they came to look at it right away (it was just the fridge was turned on defrost). The bed was soft, breakfast was delicious- and the woman manning the breakfast mixed up more pancake batter for me when I came down later and it had been used up. Everyone was so sweet kind at the hotel! I also loved how close multiple quick food options were!

Hard to locate but nice stay
Address is on the top of highway on ramp. Entrance is on a side street and not well marked. I got a tour of the area trying to find the entrance. Staff was very friendly. Room fridge not running right. Staff added to maintenance check list.

Moldy shower head
Front desk gave away our accessibility room to someone else, so when we checked in we had to take what was available. Instead of taking responsibility for making a mistake, front desk just put the blame on everything else. Hotel was so dirty also. My wife clean the remote with alcohol wipes & there was black marks all over the wipes. Shower head had black mold on it. I took pics of shower head because it was so bad!! Never again will I stay here. The worst holiday inn I’ve ever stayed at. Stay away.

This property is very tired😞 The door lock on our room was broken😞 There is no cover on the security peep hole on the door 😞 There was no hair dryer😞 The wand holder on the shower is broken 😞 The ceiling tile in the bathroom has a large circular brown stain where the toilet above has probably leaked There is a brown circular stain under the toilet where it has leaked and rusted. The hotel appears to cater to long term, low income residents The resident across the hall from us had a man pounding on her door at least 3 times screaming for her to open the door-NOW They do adhere to the IHG standards for towels, bedding, cleanliness, and dove personal hygiene items It saddens me 😞 to say this because the staff were super friendly and nice, but this hotel needs to come off the Expedia list for Harrisburg until significant quality improvement changes are made

Disappointing stay
The room was clean but there were items that had been neglected. One of the bedside lamps was missing it’s shade, both bulbs in the lamp above the lounge chair were burned out, the Keurig in the room did not work and the outlets to charge your cell phone did not work. Very disappointed. We reported these issues to the front desk and the lighting issues were corrected the following day.
