Older hotel, not in the best condition
Older hotel not even worth the cheap price. Bathroom outdated, carpet was dingy, spider webs on ceiling & corners of the room. Spiders in the bathroom freaked out my 11 yr old! Changed rooms because toilet handle was loose.

We love the full size fridge and microwave. Room was clean and spacious for my family of four. Beds were very comfy, we slept great and it was very quiet overnight. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

The staff was exceptional with a refund from a 3rd party vendor due to reduction in our stay. Overall hotel was clean & comfortable but disappointed pool/hot tub not operating & no ice in room - ice maker not working.

The pool was closed which was really disappointing. The rooms were a bit run down. But definitely worth it for what we paid! There was one lady at the desk who bent over backwards to help me scan in some paperwork! She was amazing! I wish i could remember her name to give her a shout out..

Dates for my stay was wrong I called hotel no answer, then was told by hotels.com representative to call the hotel the next day to speak with manager, spoke with someone explained my situation then I was told I could check in and would be refunded in the morning when manager came in, my mother got sick so wasn’t able to go or file a claim cause I couldn’t find reservations. I was hoping someone would reach out to help me but I guess not.
