Was ok but a bit pricey
Children running around screaming and yelling. Very disrespectful family who thought clerk was being rude and racist towards them but that was not true. Jacuzzi had paint chips coming off of jets. Bed was very comfortable but squeaky, even getting in and out. A few things could need some fixing. The curtain was broken on window. The marble in bathroom and around jacuzzi was beautiful and water spigot as well. Could need some updates.

Enjoyed the room, clean and comfortable. Front desk was welcoming and efficient. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the hot tub (reason that I picked Ramada) because so many boisterous children were constantly in and out of the pool and then then the hot tub. It just couldn’t keep its heat with that, plus hot tubs are dangerous for children (dehydration). But maybe with all the pool water added by the kids, it wasn’t that hot. Anyway, it was a shame, really, as after a long trip, we could have used it to relax and ease our muscles. Maybe a BIG sign denying or forbidding children under 16 access to the hot tub? Not Ramada’s fault if the guests are ignorant, but maybe a sign would help? All in all, a good stay, though, and beds super comfy! Thanks!
