When the restaurant is closed ( if open you are given a breakfast coupon) they should provide a better offering of a something such as cereal, milk ,etc. in the lobby . Coffee and a few items should be available daily in the lobby as many leave before the restaurant opens at 7:00am . I left the hotel today at 6:00am for a flight and not even coffee was available . The breakfast coupon is included in the price of the room but useless if you leave before 7:00am

Room was very damp feeling even with in wall dehumidifier running all night. Also small bugs (beetle appearance) in bed that I’m assuming is from continuous dampness in room. Staff notified and said they would notify them - hopefully that means people who cleans the room and that will help future guests while they stay.

Great place, clean, comfortable. The staff were exceptional at the hotel and the associated restaurant. The restaurant, was fantastic, with full-blown breakfast included and delicious food. The surcharge for pets seemed a bit steep but I was glad to have a pet-friendly place that was of high quality. I would definitely stay there again if passing through HVGB.
