L'emplacement est pratique. Il y a tellement d'options à explorer pour les touristes, des restaurants aux boutiques de souvenirs. Vous ressentirez parfaitement l'ambiance du Vietnam en vous promenant dans les rues. Et le personnel de cet hôtel est extrêmement serviable et amical. C'était un avantage supplémentaire pour un voyageur en solo comme moi. Je reviendrai certainement.

Great communication with the staff, especially as we were delayed by a night due to a tropical storm preventing us from travelling. Team were really friendly and engaging with our children. The location is convenient. So many options to explore for tourists, starting from restaurants to souvenirs shops. You will get perfect Vietnam vibes while walking on the streets. My daughter and I arrived at 730 am from an overnight flight from Australia, the staff were +++ accomadating, They offered us showers and food, also the staff organised the all the tours (somewhat cheaper than other places) whilst we stayed there. The room were +++ clean and the breakfast was +++ tasty and plentlyful. Very central location to the whole of the french region in Hanoi, would totally recommend staying there again.

La chambre avec balcon offrait une lumière naturelle. Le personnel était brillant et Mme Jennie disposait de toutes les informations et facilités de réservation de voyage, si vous souhaitiez l'utiliser. Le personnel recommandait des restaurants et était utile pour réserver des chauffeurs Grab. Les chambres étaient propres et des draps ainsi que des serviettes neuves étaient fournis chaque jour, de même que la climatisation. Les réfrigérateurs dans la chambre étaient réapprovisionnés chaque jour avec de l'eau et des sodas. Les douches étaient excellentes. Des sachets de café et de thé dans notre chambre avec une bouilloire nous ont aidés à nous réveiller le matin et étaient parfaits plutôt que de devoir sortir pour chercher du café dès le matin. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner ici. Nous pouvions marcher ou prendre un 'Grab' à travers la ville. Le lac est à proximité, et le marché de nuit ferme les rues voisines le week-end. Il y avait de nombreux restaurants de street food avec de bonnes options à proximité ainsi qu'un Circle K pour des encas pour les adolescents.

The room with a balcony gave natural light. The staff were brilliant and Mrs Jennie had all the info and travel booking facilities, if you should wish to use her. The staff recommended restaurants and were helpful for booking Grab drivers. Rooms were clean and new bedding and towels given each day along with air con. Fridges in the room were restocked each day with water and pop. Showers were great. Coffee and tea sachets in our room with a kettle helped us wake up in the morning and we're perfect rather than having to go out and find coffee first thing. We didn't eat breakfast here. We could walk or get a 'Grab' across the city. The lake is near, and the night market closes the nearby streets at the weekend. There were plenty of street food restaurants with good food nearby as well as a Circle K for snacks for teenagers.

Mi hija y yo llegamos a las 7:30 am tras un vuelo nocturno desde Australia, el personal fue muy amable. Nos ofrecieron duchas y comida, además el personal organizó todos los tours (algo más baratos que en otros lugares) mientras nos alojábamos allí. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y el desayuno era muy sabroso y abundante. Ubicación muy céntrica para toda la zona francesa de Hanoi, definitivamente recomendaría alojarse allí de nuevo.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure an excellent stay. The included breakfast was delicious and ranged from options such as pho, omelette or pancakes with fruits on the side. Location was perfect. Everything. Location, breakfast and the staff are all nice. Thanks to Ms. Jennie and her team (Jimmi) and the other staff for a very warm welcome you gave us. Location - it perfect. City center, there are a lot of restaurants, spa, souvenir shops around the area. Breakfast - there are variety of breakfast meal. They served pho which is a good one. Staff - 100/10 for good customer service. Everyone is sooooo nice and friendly. They helped us booked our tour which we enjoyed. They accomodated our request for the last minute extension of 1 night and gave us a late check out which is very convienent for us especially there hotel is always fully booked. All in all it was a perfect trip for me as they helped us with everything.

We loved our stay at the hotel and extended our stay with ease while we were there and tried to again but sadly they were fully booked for the weekend. All the staff was super friendly and caring when I required a hospital visit and they gave great recommendations and a map on arrival. You must try the Banh Mi baguettes just a few doors up. I had 3 during my stay! Jimmi was exceptionally helpful and took the time to discuss a book a tour for me at 9pm as he was clocking off from his shift. Truly the nicest person

This hotel has a good and central location in Hanoi just next to the Hoan Kiem lake. The room was big and comfy with some free water. And the breakfast was good with a buffet (from rice to fruits) and a menu you can order (with phô for exemple). The staff was really nice and helpful. Miss Jennie and Cenlina were always ready to help us and answer all our questions. It was a short but really pleasant stay thanks to them.
