Loved our stay here, from the moment we arrived we were so well looked after. Our Halong Bay package was included, also a meal at the Purple Cherry restaurant & airport pick up. We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online.  Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con.  We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.

Great location (5 minute walk from the Night Market), very polite, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast (try the french toast!), great rooms, good price. You can also book several tours for a good price. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pick-up service to Hanói airport is worth it (18$), because you won,t pay less than 20 for a regular taxi. Totally recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Lotus Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. It may not be a 5 star hotel but we certainly had 5 star service! The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. From booking our trip to Halong Bay, providing great sightseeing trips … to giving us a complimentary breakfast picnic bag for our taxi trip to the airport! They all made our trip to Hanoi so memorable. The hotel is also in a great central location, just a short walk to Ngoc Son temple on the lake, train street and beer street in Old Quarter and some quality restaurants and bars. Hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable … and certainly good value for money! And the hotel gave us a very good, hearty breakfast before heading out to the chaotic but fun streets in Hanoi!
