It's an old and grim facility attempting to upgrade. Didn't quite make the grade. The only saving grace is the staff. They are very nice and helpful.

Great staff but not the hotel for us.
We booked the same day as arriving and the hotel staff were very efficient in arranging our airport transfer (at the minute!). The hotel is in the middle of downtown Hanoi but unfortunately the room had no windows and was very humid with damp patches in various places on the walls. We were bitten by mosquitos. The breakfast was very poor. I am sorry to write this as the staff were extremely nice and very helpful but unfortunately the the room and facilities were not what we were expecting.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the vibrant and bustling Old Quarter of the city. The staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. They booked tours to Halong Bay and local pagodas for us at very competitive prices and arranged for pick up from the hotel in clean spacious vehicles. The breakfast which was included in our hotel rate was fantastic! This hotel was part of an unforgettable experience in an unforgettable city!

Great location. The free breakfast was impressive. I really appreciated the staff going out of their way to provide great customer service and take care of me (when a neighboring room was making too much noise they moved me to another quieter room)

Unable to rate this hotel since on arrival we were told they don’t have our room due to overbooking. We were walked down the street to another hotel where 1st night out of 3 was ok later across the street construction work kept us sleepless for 2 nights. It wasn’t the new hotels fault but after all it was our choice either to me moved there.

Comfy mid-range place in middle of Old Town. Easy to find, welcoming, clean. Main plus is its location, lots of small eateries etc in vicinity, ten mins walk to lakeside. Value for money.

Hanoi 5 Night stay
Our 1st trip to Vietnam started with a stay at Hanoi Legacy - Hang Bac. Our stay was very comfortable. Staff friendly and very accommodating. We had issue with our room upon arrival. Staff moved us to another room until issue was fixed then moved us back. The hotel rooms are a good size very spacious and clean. Bed was vry hard but surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was a small buffet but with a good range that changed daily. Located in the old quarter you are sitting amongst the hustle and bustle, walking distance to markets, lake, food and Bai Hoi. A great way to start our trip. Thank you
