We were very disappointed with them. I make the booking with them this February for our family holiday in July. When I arrive at the hotel at 10 PM , they told me that they did then receive any booking from the hotels.com , they said they had no rooms for our eight people to stay. At that moment, we didn’t have dinner at all. We were very hungry and angry. The staff took about half hour to check my reservations. As a result, he arranged us to two separate guest houses. The conditions were very disappointing too. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, it was boiling hot in the room, the other one’s condition even worse and dirty. The air conditioning was leaking for whole night. We couldn’t have a good rest at all. We had to rebook another hotel instead the day after. We couldn’t stand them any longer :-( The guest house did the refund to us, they said they didn’t know the hotels.com selling their hotel. Therefore I have to wait for the Hotels.com to resolve the issue to me .
