We decided to stay at this motel after seeing good reviews on Expedia. After checking into the room, we are horrified by the conditions of the room. It’s tiny and in bad conditions. The door to the bathroom open barely one foot because it’s blocked the edge of the bed. An average size person will not be able to enter the bathroom. The shower either gives you cold water and very hot water. Nothing in-between.

Check in was quick and easy. No frills property, room was clean, except for shower was stained and moldy. We did not use shower. We found bed to be very uncomforable so much hat we checked out a day early. Staff was very pleasant. There is no maid service. Motel was close to everything, within walking distance to most everything. We would stay there again if it was not for the bed

Motel close to the beach. Rooms are small but adequate. The floor in room could have been cleaner. The deck and seating area is nice.

It was a typical beach area room which I liked. My dogs loved it. If my wife was there she would have been unhappy. The blinds covering the door was not in good shape. I had to rig up a towel for privacy. Walls are thin, so it was a little noisy but not too late.

It was fine. Absolutely a throw back to an era of beach hotels. It was clean, very small, quiet though it was filled and pet friendly which I appreciate.

The room was so small the bed blocked the bathroom door from fully opening. The toilet kept running and I had to turn off the water to the toilet to keep it from continually overflowing. The room reeked of disinfectant.

Property is clean and well maintained, nice feel to room. Nice staff. Limited parking. Walkable distance to the "strip" but our room was close to noisy road and shower was tiny.

A Great Place to stay at Hampton Beach!
We saw a beautiful room here on hotels.com. Although the room we were given was much smaller than the pictures depicted, it was still a great experience. We were within walking distance from anything that we wanted to do in the area. I would have liked to be able to stay in the large room we were shown, but the people were great and the owners were VERY sweet people and their dog Fenn in the office!

Cost was high but then it was a weekend and Hampton Beach 35th Seafood Festival was happening. Prior to making reservations, I looked for reservations for room with king size bed, this was the lowest price. Room was quaint with everything one needs. Room and outside area very clean. The bedding smelled clean and was the bed was very comfortable. I really liked that there was outside chairs and picnic table— it added space to the small room.

This is our fourth consecutive year spending a night or two in Hampton Beach and our first time staying at this Motel. The location is great, the check-in/out process is quick and easy. The room (we had one queen bed) was small, but who cares? We didn't go there to hang out in the room. It was very clean and it served the purpose. Great for the price and we highly recommend.
