We loved it here so much. My husband and I came for a mini vacation. It has everything you need. The food was decent, the pool was beautiful, the beach on the beach was amazing. It was quiet and safe, the staff was nice and helpful, and we were able to enjoy and relax. We loved the games there (shuffle board, bag toss, bacci ball), and omg the massage in the grotto was an unforgettable experience. We loved that you could walk to the Swizzle in (we didn’t do the meal plan). The bay view from our room was beautiful. We’re so glad we chose Grotto Bay Resort, and we would choose them again. Don’t think it could have been better.

The room was shabbily, looked run down! The bathroom was nicely renovated. The walking alley was dirty, with the old matras left behind, , papers evict. DELICIOUS FOOD! Light very testy , the best food I had in Bermuda! Definitely recommend the RESTAURANT!

We are repeat guests at Grotto Bay Resort which is only about a four minute taxi ride from the airport. Rates are reasonable by Bermuda standards, the staff are welcoming and the grounds are green and lovely (and includes their own cavern system). The kitchen has upped their game and is now top-notch. The unique (for Bermuda) all-inclusive plan is a good option even if you decide to take lunch off-property and includes passes for Bermuda's excellent bus and ferry system, but it's an easy walk to nearby attractions like Blue Hole Nature Preserve and The Swizzle Inn. We will be back, but planned construction of new wings which will take the place of the attractive tennis club and some of the natural wooded areas could be a concern.

We’ve been coming to grotto for years and with what we pay they should’ve fixed the roof before investing in a rooftop dining area. Fix the one you have first. Buckets and water puddles all through the lobby was disappointing

Beautiful place to visit and really enjoyed the ability to walk to points of interest like Blue Hole, Swizzle in, Bailey's Ice Cream shop, Crystal and Fantasy Caves. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. Lunch and dinner menu's were quite limited and overpriced for the quality of food served in our opinion. Room was lovely, clean and bed was very comfortable. Beach area and chairs were abundant and you never had to feel like you needed to get up early to run down to get towels on the chairs you wanted. Swimming in the Cathedral grotto was such a unique experience. Enjoyed our trip.

Great property and it seems they were renovating and expanding. Just 5 minutes from the airport. Quiet and great amenities. Small private beach with inflatable slide on the water and on the side an area to rent water sports. Pool and jacuzzi open all day. They have the cathedral cave right on the property. And a wonderful spa area in the grotto/cave. Staff was nice and friendly and the staff at the front entrance helpful with getting us transportation when we needed it. Highly recommended.
