We had a terrible experience: upon checking in we were told that a skating team was being held there; due to us having small children we requested, if possible, to be roomed away for noise concerns. We were not informed, however, that a Christmas party was being hosted in your facility. Our assigned room was 201, directly beside your conference room where said event was being held. Our 2 young children were up all night due to the loud music and people smoking and drinking outside your conference room. We are extremely dissatisfied with the fact that we got placed there. Also note; when using the pull out sofa couch old chips were found throughout when it was unfolded.
Excellent staff at front desk. Beautiful rooms and comfy bed. The only thing I didn’t like is we were on the second floor facing the parking lot and they play the outside music all the time , so it was kinda hard to,sleep but after awhile your brain is going with the beat so not bad.
Once my booking was sorted out, my room was good, the shower was nice. Bed was comfortable and the towels were nice and enough for me alone (I would have wanted another bath towel if I was sharing the room). The room was quite well equipped with cutlery & kitchen items.
The rooms could be cleaner, all of the utensils for the kitchen are not there. They need to restock or get the chambermaids to look and see what’s in the drawers before they leave the room to make sure the guest got the proper utensils to cook with.
Pros: The staff was beyond exceptional and amazing. Different variety of breakfast choices daily. Laundry room on the property was a plus, due to staying there for a week. Check in was fast and smooth.
Cons: There was dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, upon my arrival. I didn’t check in until 9pm, therefore, I didn’t even bother contacting housekeeping. Check in was a little different. I waited almost 30 minutes at the counter for someone before I just left the key in the basket on the desk, but I received a final receipt later. Will stay again.
