The front of the property looked a little dingy so we were worried but the inside was delightful. There was only a very little air conditioner and was very hot when we first arrived but it did the job after a few hours. Even though it was on a busy street, we did not hear the traffic at all (we had the air conditioner on a constant fan).

Had van broken into and stolen while parked right in front of entrance under a light. Thankfully they caught them but was advised by the police that this happens all the time here. I could tell by the lack of surprise by those working this was a weekly occurrence at the hotel. Yet no cameras and no security! I would avoid this place and burlington all together.... go down the road a few minutes and stay in Oakville. We got our vehicle back but our documents and money were stolen. Not to mention they trashed the van and smoked cigarettes in it, also left their homeless shopping cart and other stolen goods in it when the police arrested them. Why isnt the hotel foing anything to protect its guests??? Saving a few bucks will cost you your business in the end!
