This is the lower unit of a 2-unit home. You will have your own private entrance off the side of the house. You will have exclusive use to the lower unit of the home.
Other things to note
Please note this is the lower unit of a house so there is some potential for noise from upstairs. This includes running water, footsteps, and some talking. This basement suite is not suitable for guests with active toddlers/young children as there will be noise that travels upstairs which will impact other guests' experiences.

The temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. As this is a basement unit, it will feel colder (especially with AC on in the summer). We want you to be aware that you won't have access to control the temperature yourself, but we'll do our best to accommodate you during your stay.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping.
