Beautiful location a short drive from Haltwhistle. The cottage we stayed in was spacious, clean and highly recommended. Lovely staff, so welcoming and helpful.
B&B stayed in a lovely double room. Delicious made to order breakfast each morning, using local produce. A hidden gem. Would highly recommend

Beautiful character cottage situated in peaceful, very rural area. Spotlessly clean and well equipped and an excellent cooked breakfast. We would not hesitate to recommend
Fantastic B&B - exceptionally clean, really good breakfast and the location was excellent for getting to Hadrian’s wall. No walkable pubs/takeaways nearby as a warning for the evening but otherwise it was a great stay
Had a wonderfull stay, lovely breakfast and spotlessly clean 3 miles from Haltwhistle down small roads but not a problem by car. Lovely walks locally. Also caught the train from Haltwhistle into Edinburgh (booked tickets in advance)
Outstanding accommodations and a lovely host! The room was perfect for our family of 4, and the host was friendly, helpful, and provided a home-cooked, to order breakfast in the morning! We would definitely stay here again.
The farm is in a secluded location with just the usual noise you d expect being on a working farm. The room was a great size, breakfast was lovely and the host was very accommodating in finding somewhere for me to charge my bikes battery. There is also a great room that can be used by all visitors if you don't want to sit in your bedroom alone. I'll happily stay here again next year while on my next ride in the area
Positives...
Clean, warm and cosy room. Comfortable bed. Cookies and sweets in room. Good night sleep. Great, tasty cooked and continental breakfast.
Negative...
Our devices couldnt find or connect to wifi.
Small tv in room so found difficult to see.
A fantastic B&B in a lovely rural location but a short drive away from all amenities. On the Pennine Way and nearby Hadrian's Wall walks. Lesley and Katie are welcoming and have really considered the needs of their guests. The B&B rooms are in a building with its own lounge, which is filled with maps, information leaflets, local information and even blister kits and deep heat for those who have finished a long day's walk. Secured, free WiFi is also provided and free parking. The room we had was clean, beautifully furnished and had a great shower. There is also a shared bathroom for those with young children or if you just fancy a soak rather than a shower. This is a stay on a working farm and Lesley provides breakfast in the mornings. Eggs from their own hens and meat locally sourced is on offer as well as vegetarian choices. The area is quiet and scenic and everything you could want from a 'famous five' style stay. We would highly recommend.
