It was disappointing to discover we had to walk through a mall and an office building to get to the parkade. When we checked in we were given a double sized murphy bed that was a foot away from the wall. We requested a king bed in our reservation. When we approached the front desk after checking we were told that the bed is a queen and that was what we requested. They were sold out the first night and they’d see what they could do for the rest of our stay. The next morning they called our cell phone and the room at 8:15 in the morning to tell us we could switch rooms- no sleeping in on our holiday. The breakfast we had our first morning at the attached Tempo restaurant was made perfect because of the great friendly server and good food! The rest of our stay went off without a hitch.

Defiantly not the best hotel I have stayed at. Small and old looking rooms. Not very clean. Construction was going on everywhere around the hotel, couldn’t even pull up to the front. The best thing about it is the location, pretty neutral to everything. For the price I paid I would just find another hotel around the area.

Overall, the room was clean, big enough. They have a rule of only cleaning rooms every third day of your stay. So we had to ask for towels and toilet paper during our stay. The area is under construction so it made for some inconvenience but that’s not the hotel’s fault. The little cafe “Tempo” was convenient and had decent choices for meals and beverages at all hours of the day. Staff were friendly.

After learning our AC wasn’t working well in our guest room, the front desk staff took every opportunity to offer alternative ways to help the situation. Eventually the room they placed us in exceeded all expectations for our stay - thank you to the team at the front desk for being so accommodating!

They don't clean your room or make your bed. I am not asking for new sheets every day but when I am on vacation and am paying for a 4 star hotel I expected my bed made and the garbage removed each day. The other complaints of sana not working and the construction causing us to walk miles to enter our hotel could have been over looked if thier services had been better. At check out the attendant was rude. This is the very first time I have ever complained about a hotel.

Very good locations, almost waterfront, hundreds dining options. YPu can enjoy VERY LONG boardwalk. Hotel need update and upgrade, rooms are outdated, not very clean, but location is convenient. We stayed there because hotel is dog friendly and we traveled with two dogs. Overall good hotel

The hotel was what we expected. The only problem was construction at front of the hotel which made it hard to drop off my 97 old mother in law . We had to park further away which required a long walk for an older person . Otherwise the hotel was good !
