We stay here often. Usually it is perfect. This time, there was no hot water in the shower. The sink had hot water, but I am totally dependent on a hot shower to ease into an early morning flight. It was a bad start to my day. On the upside, the pizza there is outstanding. I will look forward to that again on my next stay.

I checked in online as requested but it made no difference- the key was not ready and I still had to go over it all again- at half past midnight. Room was very nice, clean, also the bathroom. Service at breakfast was extremely "rough and ready" (only one person to take orders/serve etc.) although the food itself (in my case continental breakfast) was good. The menu is limited and the dining area layout strange. The most significant positive for this hotel is that it is connected to the terminal- you don't even have to go outside. When it's after midnight this is a significant advantage. Who wants to wait a half an hour for a shuttle at 12:30 am.
