Golf and Theme Park lovers, this villa is the one you should choose. This property is not only close to Walt Disney World, but it's located on one of the most famous golf courses in Florida (Southern Dunes)... You will love the view of the gold course, the pool, the proximity to the shops (Walmart: 5 min walk), Walt Disney World, Legoland... The community is gated and has a great restaurant on the golf course (famous for its Sunday brunch). *Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.
*** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Very Dirty
The location of this place if overall very convenient. The house is very dirty. They charge you a cleaning fee, yet they do not clean this house. There were ants all over the counter and sink in the bathroom. The moment you open the laundry door, the air gets filled with stench. The smell in the garage is unbearable. The “check-in” process is very unusual for a rental like this. They requested my ID and credit card via email, and $500 deposit that has yet to be returned to me. It has now been almost 3 weeks since I checked out and they are non responsive to my emails asking when will I get my deposit back. I should have listened to the other review saying to NOT BOOK here.

Bugs & Stains
We arrived to terribly stained and dirty carpeted house. Went to unload our groceries in the kitchen and found the countertops and tables were crawling with bugs. There were also many large moths flying around the bedrooms. We had to go and buy bug spray, but that would not keep them away. The house is just in general disrepair with lots of “bandaids” to cover problems. The arms on several couches are loose and wobbly. The tile floors are only clean in the readily accessible areas. Corners and tucked away places are dirty. he
