A one and only property offering 11 double luxury bedrooms within 4 x self catering accommodations, and situated within 70 acres of Southdown Views with private walks, in a rural location near Hailsham.

The Estate is situated within driving distance of Eastbourne and Hastings where long seaside walks can be enjoyed, especially at the renowned Beachy Head and Seven Sisters. Brighton at Tunbridge wells are only a few further miles away where some interesting shopping and dining experiences can be enjoyed by all. There is a vast range of National Trust properties, award wining pubs, and night life venues and gold courses within driving distances, with very local convenience shops.

After a day of exploring East Sussex and the borders of Kent, you will find everything you need for a perfect relaxing stay at The Estate. Our guests are also welcome to enjoy some walks in our private woodlands and lake areas, where you can meet our horses, rheas and alpacas!

The main Farmhouse offers 6 vast luxury bedrooms, 4 en-suite and 2 shared bathrooms, with a modern kitchen, large dining room and separate sitting room.

For those of your guests who will want a little bit of privacy during your stay, our Flint cottage is
only a few yards away and offers 3 x double luxury bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge.

There is more to our Estate! Our Tudor Cottage has its own kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge, with a luxury bedroom fitted with a four poster bed, and a fabulous antique bath in the modern bathroom. Again only a few yards away from the main Farmhouse.

Last but not least, our unique 1 room luxury Goat Shed is also self catering and offers the most breath taking views with self contained facilities.

All your guests can therefore have their own time and gather in the main house for a chilled afternoon or evening gathering, and then walk back to their own accommodation as the evening draws. There is simply no other place like it.

All bedrooms over all our 4 properties are fitted with TV and internet access.

This Estate can comfortably sleep 22, and extra arrangements can be made for children. Linen and towels are also included to make your stay more enjoyable.
