3. The space:
Find tranquility in our cozy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment located in an exquisite turn-of-the-century building. With a picture-perfect blend of vintage charm and state-of-the-art amenities, it's an ideal retreat for your unique Hagerstown visit. Note the absence of an elevator and a hike up the stairs will be rewarded with an inviting space solely crafted for relaxation and leisure.

You'll adore the open-plan living area with its cozy sofas and smart TV – perfect for a movie night amid hearty conversation and laughter. Prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all contemporary appliances for your gastronomic joy. As your day of exploration ends, our bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, plush pillows, and fresh linens, offer the perfect sanctuary for peaceful slumber.

Bask in the uniqueness of our bathroom - a mix of historic appeal with modern convenience. Experience a blissful soak in the beautiful claw-foot bathtub under the warmth of numerous fluffy towels.

If your plan includes a longer stay, enjoy the luxury of our washer/dryer and other amenities within our prepossessing condo. Please remember, while we love furry friends, our condo is not suitable for pets. We kindly request all our guests to refrain from smoking to maintain the cherishing aroma of our vintage abode.

4. Guest access:
Upon arrival, you will find ample free street parking close to the property. Access our cheerful abode using the self-check-in keypad. During your stay, you'll have the entire condo to yourself. While there may be no private entrance, our top-floor condo offers an unparalleled view of the enchanting surroundings.

5. Other things to note:
As the winter holidays approach, imagine spending your days exploring the historic landmarks of Hagerstown or hitting the slopes at Whitetail Resort, and returning to the warmth and comfort of our snug condo. Decorated with modern elegance intertwined with historic charm, this space offers a perfect festive retreat.

Feeling the chills of winter? Our heating will keep you cozy and snug throughout your stay. Plan a Thanksgiving dinner, bake some Christmas cookies, or toast to the New Year in our fully outfitted kitchen.

As the winter season kicks in fully, Maryland's array of restaurants and bars emerge in a new light. Taste the vibrant flavors at diverse dining establishments of Hagerstown, or opt for a cozy coffee at a quaint cafe. To replenish your groceries, the Pennsylvania Dutch Market is just a few minutes' drive away. Enjoy some retail therapy at Hagerstown Premium Outlets or Valley Mall—both just a drive away from your stay.

Please note, we strive to keep the condo clean and sanitized following the guidelines for everyone's safety. Good to remember that parties/events are not allowed to maintain our property's pristine condition.

* $40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee.

*Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (#guests)

*CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: - Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 10am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with me first.

*OCCUPANCY: - I understand that for a whole verity of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact me to let me know. I’m reasonable and will accommodate wherever possible.

*AGE REQUIREMENTS: - There is a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.

*NO SMOKING: - There is no smoking of any kind in the house. If you need to smoke, you can step out to the curb and pocket your butt.

*DRUGS: Illicit drugs - What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at my place I have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of my rules.

*BEHAVIOR: - If you’re coming to Hagerstown to party you’ve picked a great area to do so. Unfortunately, just not at my place. Though I'm sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for me. Any excessive necessary cleaning is subject to an additional cleaning fee.

*DAMAGE: - I understand that accidents happen. But I do ask that you please let me know when they do. Chances are I can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.

*BARBEQUE/GRILLING: - Unfortunately since it’s a multi-unit building grilling of any kind is strictly prohibited. Even outside on the patio, in or near the building (this includes gas and charcoal grills). Violating this rule will result in forfeiture of security deposit and you may be asked to vacate.

*CLEANLINESS: - Whilst I do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you put any dirty dishes or kitchenware used in the sink and put used towels on the floor by the laundry closet. It helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows me to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.

*AMENITIES: - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)

*ELECTRICITY: - To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.

*SECURITY: - To ensure full safety of my guest’s belongings, please keep the front door locked as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safe areas of town, I want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.

*ACCESS: - Please help avoid problems for everybody and stay out of locked closets and cabinets.

*NOISE: - To be considerate to the other residents/guests, I kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 10 pm. And if you want to listen to music, please remember others and enjoy via headphones or in your personal space.

*LAUNDRY: - Washer and Dryer use is available for guests staying for a week or longer. If you use the dryer, please clean the lint trap after each use.
