켄싱턴리조트경주 주니어스위트 이용후기
체크인의 경우 도착 순서대로 대기번호 발급하여 진행하였습니다. 운이 좋게도 리모델링 객실을 배정받았습니다. 산 전망 ( 골프장뷰 ) 이었고 7층이어서 그런지 탁 트인 전망이 좋았습니다. 교통편이나 내부시설 이용하는데도 불편함이 없었고 생수 및 미니마 무료이용도 좋았습니다. 부모님과 아이와 함께 하는 여행이었는데 모두 만족했던 여행이었습니다.

가족여행 시작이 안좋았음.
체크인하고 서관 중앙 숙소가는 엘리베이터에서 오작동으로 갇혀서 투숙 시작부터 좋지 못했음. 엘리베이터 응급버튼을 눌렀으나, 현장시설에서 안받아서 그런지 여러번의 조작 끝에 현대엘리제이터 본사에 연락 됌. 이 상태에서 프론트에 연락해서 시설팀 요청함. 이후 조치해준 시설직원이야 그렇지만, 프론트 쪽에선 같이 탄 가족들이 안전한지나 이 상황에 불편함에 대한 사과 부분이 없었음. 냉장고도 오래된 냉장고라 그런지 소음이 많이 나서 잘 때 불편하였음. 차라리 첫날 저 상황 후 건너편 한화에 묶었으면 어땠을까 하는 후회를 했음.
