Our key would not open our door. The staff were quick to respond and bent over backwards to sort it out ultimately making up a new room to accommodate us. Things can go wrong but their response was beyond what you would hope for.

A little out of the town centre, so needed to drive. Aircon remote didn't work and heating was on all night. Found the switch on the unit itself in the morning. Could not report the issue as the office was closed when we left.
