Everything is fine. I rate this facility 4 stars because there was one cockroach ran over inside a men’s restroom when my husband visited the restroom at 2nd floor during breakfast time.

Good location. Easy accessible to all the shopping malls. The hotel staff were very friendly at the Sheraton club and the concierge was very helpful . Room was very spacious and bed very comfortable 😀😀 Overall ,an excellent experience staying in Sheraton. Will stay again on my next visit 😀😀

The staffs are friendly. The location is ultra convenient which is on top of the metro station Ti Yu Xi Lu and next to shopping mall. From Baiyun Airport to the hotel, take metro line No.3 and exit from Ti Yu Xi Lu Exit D. There are many restaurants around the hotel too. I stayed there once more than 10 years ago and it still looks pretty much the same as the rooms were renovated in Dec 22 according to Expedia.
