I was going weekend vacation with my wife, Expedia make a mistake not making right connections, end up I have to stay 1 night for $900, at beginning I told the hotel owner it is not his fault so I can paid the amount and he promise to give me written note a big discount for future stay to compensate my lost, and the next day worst part the owner was not honest there’s nothing written, no breakfast no one to checking out, it’s not about money lost, such a bad feeling that a vacation hotel owner lying and Expedia have such bad communication to help a royal customer. Never again trust this hotel!
