Great vintage hotel, well kept and beautiful architecture. Staff was very nice and accessible to all our needs. We booked a tour of the city thru the hotel which was great and convenient. Plan to stay here again. Short walk of all points of interest like Teatro Degollado, The cathedral, Plaza de armas, Rotonda de hombres Ilustres, also awesome taco restaurant in front of hotel and various other great restaurants like La Chata & La Gorda.

I over all had a good time the location is great . The hotel is very clean ! Room service is great .. The only part I’d have to say I disliked was when I forgot to tip the service personal he embarrassed me in front of other guests at the pool once I apologized and offered to compensate he said forget about it. The other thing is the flooring around the pool is dangerously slippery !!
