We had a horrible experience at this property When we checked in everything was fine but when we got to the room left our things and went out when we came ba k we realuzed that the room was smellingrelly bad bad, dink was leaking shower had mildew and there were roaches coming out of the shower sink hole Next morning i reported it to the reception they gave us another room thst smelled like a locker room and had same mildew and a broken shower head and phone didn't work properly i reported again gave us a other room...the whole hotel is in a desperate need for a remodelation and at o time the nanager came to us to apologize or to try to make us feel better i was disgusted a nightmare

A place to rest in the heart of Guadalajara
The hotel is an older building, clean, close to everything within walking distance. While there we experienced elevator issues and there was no more room in the parking garage so they sent us to a nearby place, which we had to pay for ourselves, I feel they should have paid since the description says free parking. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Bites from invisible mosquitos!
Place was comfortable, although we were getting beaten by something and more then likely it was bedbugs! The place was calm at night and the atmosphere was friendly, especially the activity staff very involved with the guests the entertainment was pleasant. The platform is not allowing me to upload fotos!
