The property was great, clean, friendly and in the middle of town with walking distance to lots of museums, the city square and the subway, which was very modern, clean and cheap to use as transportation from downtown to other towns. Also, the hotel had access to many tours with good prices. However, like any big city, there were some strange things going on in the neighborhood. I never felt unsafe but we were out only during the day and back to our room by 9pm. Overall it was a great experience and we accomplished a lot in 6 days.

Overall this hotel has everything for what you paid for. It has lots of good dining options near the hotel. The hotel is always clean and has everything for basic needs. Staff was helpful and friendly. If it’s your first time going to Guadalajara and you are concerned about safety, there’s a guard 24/7 at the hotel.
