I liked the area, dining, and safety. I did not like the smell of the rooms (they has a strong smell of humidity and mildew, faucet i and shower in bathroom leaked, the drinks from bar were ok, they offered us old wine, and the white towels were super stained, unfortunately very disappointed.

El dia que llegue no funcionaba mi clima, habia reservado una habitación con dos camas, eramos 3 personas, marcamos para que arreglaran el clima y fueron a moverle al control y segun ya habia quedado, llegue a las 12 am de regreso y no funcionaba y su solucion fue darme una habitacion con una cama entonces uno de nosotros 3 tuvo que dormir sin clima, el segundo dia fue lo mismo nos pidieron disculpas y nos ofrecieron desayuno gratis, llegamos al cuarto que segun ya funcionaba y otra vez no funciono, nos movieron otra vez en la noche a una suite y uno de nosotros 3 tuvo que dormir en un sillon duro.. Las sabanas que tenian manchadas. Deja mucho que desear

The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to help! I called a restaurant from the lobby and my Spanish was not going well, an employee offered to help and spoke to the restaurant for me. I love the Junior Suites and the floor to ceiling windows, with the beautiful view of the city. Location wise, several great restaurants right across the street.
