Casa Cassaretto - This Beautiful Lakefront Home is Only 50 yards from Marina Beach by Yosemite Region Resorts

PRIME LOCATION! "Casa Cassaretto" is a beautiful lakefront home located just 50 yds from the popular Marina Beach!  A stay in Pine Mountain Lake not only gets you close (25miles)  to one of the greatest national parks but you can also enjoy amazing local amenities like the golf course, tennis courts, archery, community swimming pool, Country Club dining and others.  Casa Cassaretto is the perfect home base for all of it.  


This 5 bedroom beauty offers two master suites (K, K) making it perfect for a multi family getaway.  In addition to the two suites the other bedrooms offer a king,  queen, and two twins so there is room for all.  Everyone in your group will be excited to use the game room, which offers a pool table, dart board, shuffleboard, board games and a wet bar.  You can also enjoy the ambiance of the gas log fireplace while being entertained by the OLED home theater, with Sony blue-tooth connected surround-sound.  Soaking in the hot tub will help you to relax after a long day.  (NOTE: Please do not allow children in the hot tub unattended).  The true star of the show is the AMAZING outdoor space! Offering both a sun deck and covered patio (with seating for 15) there is room for all you land-lovers to catch some sun...but for those of you who are water babies, Casa Cassaretto offers a private dock with a rowboat, hybrid kayak-canoe, 2-person kayak, and 2 Wavestorm SUPs with paddles. There is also a floating mat, pool noodles and buckets and shovels for a day full of sand and sun. These items can be found in the the Boat Room.  Guests agree to wear life jackets while using provided boat(s) and swim out a maximum of 30 feet from the dock, per Pine Mountain Lake safety regulations.

Please note the following house rules for your stay:


1. The maximum occupancy is firm and must include all occupants of any age including

infants. In addition no large gatherings are permitted. The maximum occupancy

number includes children & infants.


2. The age restriction is firm - if you have booked this property and are under the age of 25

please cancel immediately. A copy of your driver's license may be required to confirm

occupant age.


3. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS ARE REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS

ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA currently charges $46 per vehicle (one time

fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML

HOA. Please note this price is subject to change without notice. Access permits are

non-refundable. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

Yosemite Region Resorts has no control over this fee and is not affiliated with Pine

Mountain Lake or any local venues. All information is subject to change at any time.

4. Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats or watercrafts of any kind on

Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake Don

Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And remember,

you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina

Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.


5. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport, 18-hole

championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts,

community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the

lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansive

sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack

shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open

during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.


6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate special

moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the

departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean

any celebration debris.


7. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the Temporary

Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane. You can

purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also not

provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change without notice).


8. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking, firearms and

fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.


9. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with Yosemite

Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and

non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be

crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pet.

Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all

times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law. Pets do incur

an additional fee of $35 per night per pet.
