Right across the street from Pine Mountain Lake's popular Marina Beach. This renovated vacation rental is only about 25-miles to the entrance of Yosemite Park, via Hwy 120 corridor. Enjoy both Pine Mountain Lake amenities + Yosemite!  Marina Beach Cabin is now Dog friendly! Our pet policy requires a maximum 2 dogs and all pets must be approved, declared & registered with Yosemite Region Resorts on the Temporary Resident Registration form prior to arrival. 


Our lovely beach cabin offers a master bedroom with king bed, plus two additional bedrooms (1 queen; 2 twin bunks) as well as a loft area with a day bed and trundle which kids just love!  Speaking of the kids why not challenge then to a game or ping pong - the table is ready and waiting after a great dinner (perhaps prepared on the gas BBQ) or day exploring.  


Parking is available for three vehicles but the garage is not included.  Please note that the driveway is up-sloping.

 Maximum occupancy is 9, which includes children & infants of any age. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS FIRM.

You must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking to reserve this property. AGE RESTRICTION IS FIRM.


GATHERINGS:

No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 6 people (including children & infants) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 6 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed).


PETS/ANIMALS:

PET POLICY IS FIRM.


LINENS:

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use.

Beach towels are not provided.


OUTDOOR FIRES:

Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.


GAS BBQ:

Propane not included. Guests may order a propane tank on the Temporary Resident Registration form (guest list) for a fee. Guests may also purchase or swap out a tank at the local market or hardware store.


GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:

Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $46 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security.

The entire fee goes to PML HOA.

Price subject to change without notice.

Access permits are non-refundable.

A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.


STAIRS:

This property has interior & exterior stairways.


CHILDREN:

Please do not leave children unattended on stairways and decks. Stairways, decks & deck railings are not child-proof. BOATS: The boat(s) and/or kayaks are not for guest's use. You can rent kayaks and canoes at Pine Mountain Lake Boat Rentals at the main Marina.


PARKING:

Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.


YARD:

Property is both level and sloped.


FIREWOOD:

Firewood is not provided for guest use.


OUTDOOR FIRES:

Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Please note the following house rules for your stay:


1. The maximum occupancy is firm and must include all occupants of any age including

infants. In addition no large gatherings are permitted. The maximum occupancy

number includes children & infants.


2. The age restriction is firm - if you have booked this property and are under the age of 25

please cancel immediately. A copy of your driver's license may be required to confirm

occupant age.

4. Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats or watercrafts of any kind on

Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake Don

Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And remember,

you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina

Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.


5. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport, 18-hole

championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts,

community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the

lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansive

sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack

shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open

during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.


6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate special

moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the

departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean

any celebration debris.


7. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the Temporary

Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane. You can

purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also not

provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change without notice).


8. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking, firearms and

fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.


9. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with Yosemite

Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and

non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be

crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pet.

Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all

times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law. Pets do incur

an additional fee of $35 per night per pet.
